The Buffet consists of three stations. Dining Patrons may help themselves at will to all of the below:

The Pasta Station

Comprises three sauces:

-         Alfredo (Lacto-Vegetarian friendly)

-         Marinara (Vegan-friendly)

-         Le Choix de Bagatelle – Sambuca & Dolphin (ideal for Vegetarians who eat fish)

The Carving Station

Comprises:

-         Ham

-         Beef/Lamb

-         Flying Fish

-         Cheese

The Dessert Station

Comprises:

-         White/Dark Chocolate Cheesecake Diamonds (Bagatelle special)

-         Great Cake

-         Fruit Cake (lighter for the more health conscious)

-         Truffles

-         Butter Cookies etc.
